Planning this wedding was over a long distance arrangement given the couple lived outside the province, so there were no coffee dates where I could really get to know Chris & Lucie. However, I was able to see glimpses of Chris & Lucie’s personality through the wedding details, which really left me curious and excited for their wedding day. We all met for the very first time the day before the wedding, but it wasn’t until their wedding day until I truly got to ‘know’ Chris & Lucie; what an amazing couple! This wedding was all about family and fun, and I am quite certain that I won’t experience another wedding like their’s. They truly know how to have a good time, and this was definitely incorporated into their ceremony and reception.  The wedding day started off with some rain, but fortunately the sun came out and stayed out, giving them a beautiful outdoor ceremony. I just love the vision that Lucie had for the processional. The processional began with the limousine arriving and the bridal party stepping out of the limo at their individual time, and walking down the aisle. When it was time for the bride, the music changed with the bride stepping out on the opposite side of the ceremony. The limo then drove away revealing the bride; it was a magical moment! But not only did it start off magical, the ceremony ended with such a fun ending. The couple decided that they and their wedding party would dance their way out during the recessional to the song “Marry You” by Bruno Mars. How fun is that! I was fortunate enough to have captured this moment with my iPhone, which I would say is the highlight for me, as it is a reflection of the pure fun they had that day. Their reception was packed full of fun! They had so many games planned for their guests…and prizes too!! They definitely wanted their guests to have a blast at their wedding, and I am quite certain they accomplished that!

Chris and Lucie, thank you so much for entrusting me with your wedding plans given that we hadn’t met until the day before your wedding. It was such a pleasure being a part of your special day; I honestly had such a blast! Your wedding reflected your kindness and warm spirit, and it was an honor to have been a recipient of that. I wish you both a lifetime of fun and magical moments just like your wedding day!

Thank you to all the talent that brought this event together…

“Planning a wedding is certainly not as easy as it may seem especially when it takes place out of province. Chris and I, like every other couple, wanted the perfect wedding but realistically we knew (or thought we knew) there’s no such thing as perfect. Well believe it or not we can honestly say that our wedding day was perfect! It took a lot of hard work and we definitely couldn’t have pulled it off on our own. Sharon was a life saver, so organized and thorough, professional and hands on and easy to get along with. She had some excellent suggestions and gave us some very creative feedback. We would strongly recommend her to any couple who need someone that can share their vision and work tirelessly to make that vision a reality. Thank you so much Sharon, you help us create a very unique wedding that we will never forget!”
